Fraud prevention rules allow us to only ship to the verified billing address. The only exception is if you want the doll to be delivered to a FedeX/DHL Office for your discretion. Please notify us in advance and fill out the separate shipping location as your shipping address when you check out.
We do not ship to; Islamic countries, Indonesia, India and Africa.

As soon as the Customer's order has been dispatched the Customer will receive a confirmation email outlining their order. Once we have received the Customer's order details we will process the Customer's credit card payment for the total purchase amount. We will then reach out to the manufacturer to confirm that the product is available and request they begin the process of manufacturing the Customer's Love Doll. The Customer has less than 3 days to make any changes or request a order cancellation before all Sales are Final.

We make every effort to meet the above timescale, during busy periods, deliveries might be a little longer. We apologize if this is the case but we will do our best to work with the manufacturers get your parcel sent out as quickly as possible. 


Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control of these charges, so suggest you check first what import charges may apply before ordering. 

Return Policy:

Given the use of these products; under no circumstance will Sxpot, Corso International or the manufacturer provide a refund, exchange or store credit to the Customer. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
